General information

Our return and refund policy lasts up to 14 days after delivery of your order!

Some of our products cannot be returned or refunded, including jewelry, leather bracelets, accessories, stickers, bookmarks, key chains, phone charms, cards.

Products such as tote bags and plaids can be returned and in most cases refunded or partially refunded.

All our products go through a thorough check to see if there is any damage before they are shipped. We also package our items as they are so that no damage occurs. Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Once we have shipped your order, we have no control over how your order is handled.

Return item

Do you want to return an item? Send an email to info.Riminaey@gmail.com to register your return. We only accept returns that have been registered in advance. Please clearly state in the package:

• what is returned
• the name under which the order was placed
• the order number
• proof of purchase and/or receipt.

When we reply and agree to your return request, you will receive the return address in an email and you can send it back.

The shipping costs for the return

The risk of shipping and the shipping costs for returning a product are for your own account and are not refundable. Depending on the residential address, the time it takes for the exchanged product to arrive may vary. As soon as we have received the returned product, we will let you know by email.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restitution

To be eligible for a refund:

• You have ordered the wrong items, but your order has not yet been shipped.
• You have ordered the wrong size (still to be returned!!!).
• There are damages for which we are responsible (we need proof of that!!!!).

Any item that is not in its original condition, has damage or has missing parts not due to our faults can only be partially refunded.

Once your refund request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the rejection or approval of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund, you will receive the money within a few days of our approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Please contact your bank or credit card company, it often takes some processing time

before a refund is issued.
