By using the gift / discount voucher you agree to the applicability of the applicable terms and conditions and you undertake to comply with them.

1. These terms and conditions apply to gift / discount vouchers by Riminaey.com
2. Each gift / discount voucher is provided with a unique code, which can be a number and/or text code and/or a combination of numbers and letters and/or QR code. Each gift / discount coupon code is only provided once to the recipient. The recipient is responsible for the careful storage of the gift / discount voucher. In the event of theft (including the use of the code by unauthorized third parties) or loss of the gift/discount voucher, no compensation will be made.
3. Only original gift/discount vouchers and codes can be used and must be provided upon request. Riminaey.com reserves the right to only accept a gift / discount voucher after receipt of the original gift / discount voucher and to demand payment in cash in the event of improper use.
4. To use a gift / discount voucher, you must place the products you have selected in the “shopping basket”. During the ordering process, enter the exact code in the discount code box and click on apply.
5. The nature, value, duration, expiration date and/or any applicable other specific terms and conditions can be found on the gift/discount voucher or in the communication in which the gift/discount voucher is included. Each gift / discount voucher is only valid for a certain period of time. After the expiration date, the gift / discount voucher can no longer be used.
6. Gift / discount vouchers issued by Riminaey.com can only be used for transactions on the Riminaey.com website. If the total amount of the order is higher than the value of the Gift Card(s) used, the difference must be paid with another payment method.
7. Gift / discount vouchers cannot be used for outstanding orders.
8. Gift / discount vouchers and the residual value of Gift / discount vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Any residual value of the Gift / discount voucher can be used in subsequent orders.
9. If the total amount of the order exceeds the value of the gift / discount voucher(s) used, the difference must be paid with one of the other payment methods available on the website.
10. When a transaction is (partially) paid with a Gift / discount voucher and Riminaey refunds part or all of the total for this transaction, this refund will be made by means of the same other payment method that was used in the transaction. .
11. It is not permitted to change, falsify, undermine or otherwise affect Gift / discount vouchers or their operation. Every (attempted) fraud or other unauthorized act (including hacking) is registered and in any case leads to denial of the use of Gift / discount vouchers.
12. It is not permitted to use Gift / discount vouchers in any way for commercial purposes or and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued.
13. These Gift / Coupon Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. Users are advised to consult the Gift / Discount Voucher Conditions each time before purchasing and/or using a Gift / Discount Voucher. If the user continues to use the Gift / discount vouchers after the changes have taken effect, he thereby accepts the amended Gift / discount voucher conditions.
