General information

We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium,  Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece,  Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. More countries will be added in the future.

We do everything to get your order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship your order within 4 business days. However, we cannot always comply with this. Sometimes products are out of stock and the delivery of your order can take longer. If for whatever reason we cannot meet the delivery time, we will let you know as soon as possible.

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with the delivery company. This data is only used for the purpose of carrying out the delivery. In the event that subcontractors are engaged, the delivery company will also make your data available to these parties.

The shipping price is calculated at the checkout. That includes standard shipping (with tracking). Once your order is shipped out, we are no longer responsible for you package.

With tracked shipping, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.

After placing the order, the address cannot be changed. At Riminaey we try to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. A change of address after an order has been placed is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €95,- within the Netherlands.
The shipping costs for countries within and outside Europe are calculated per country and shown during the ordering process.

Estimated shipping times*

• The Benelux: 1 to 5 business days
• Western Europe: 5 to 25 business days
• Rest of the world: 12 to 42 business days

*Because of happenings in the world, your order can take longer to arrive. Also due to the limited available capacity on the aircraft an staff shortages it can take much longer than your used to.*
